Hello! I’m so glad you’re here! I am a Tennessee girl who became a physical therapist in May of 2022 and a new mama in May of 2023. I am married to my high school sweetheart and have 2 pups, Hank and Rosie.
Exercise has been a passion of mine since finishing high school sports. Over the past several years, I’ve dedicated time to researching various training styles (CrossFit, traditional bodybuilding, boot camp, etc.), ultimately realizing that a combination of different styles was what suited me best. I have developed workouts for family members and friends (along with therapeutic exercise programs for patients) for years now, and since becoming a mother, I now understand just how difficult it can be to dedicate time and willpower to exercise.
The primary goal of Mobility in Motherhood is to take the guesswork out of your workout, offer FREE, engaging, and time-efficient workouts, and establish a community for mamas of all ages to get moving and stay active.
